On Tuesday, 12th April 2011, Sam Harris came to Oxford to speak about the ideas presented in his new book ‘The Moral Landscape’ and afterwards held a discussion with Richard Dawkins in what was their first pubic appearance together. The event titled ‘Who says Science has nothing to say about morality?’ was held at the historical Sheldonian Theatre which was packed both with Oxford students and other people who came from other places in the U.K. The event was hosted by Oxford Atheists, Secularists and Humanists in conjunction with the British Humanist Association, The Richard Dawkins Foundation for Reason and Science, Project Reason and Centre for Inquiry UK.
