Last Saturday, I headed again for more skills and drills practice, this time down to Xatt l-Ahmar, where I was joined by no less than three good diving buddies of mine. Three of us were on CCRs (me on the JJ, and two of my friends on a Meg and X-CCR respectively), and a fourth on open circuit in sidemount configuration.
We spent a solid 90 minutes practising multiple skills and emergency drills; a most productive and valuable dive which will certainly be repeated in the near future!
